Concrete or double stud demising walls, triple glazed windows, and solid core suite doors.

Walk in closets in principal bedrooms, in suite laundry, and floor level storage lockers.
Buildings, not lobbies
Amenity rooms are sized to be used, not photographed. Fewer rooms, better rooms.
